Baxter’s Interns are a Vital Link to our Future Impact

I’m always inspired by the new thinking and energy today's young talent brings to Baxter; and it comes through full-force with our dynamic summer internship program, which just wrapped up another successful year.

Baxter interns gain hands-on experience in their chosen fields – and that's just part of the picture. They're also immersed in Baxter's culture and values, from our passion for patients to making a difference where we live and work. They engage with senior Baxter leaders, participate in networking sessions, get active in community service and more. This year's group even had a chance to enjoy a Chicago Cubs game from a rooftop overlooking Wrigley Field. They close out the summer with a poster session highlighting their contributions and "aha" moments over the past few months.
