Leadership Development Grads Poised to Help Shape Baxter’s Future

Without question, one of the best parts of my job is getting to know the next generation of talent that’s helping shape Baxter’s future and the future of healthcare. I recently met with the 2018 graduates of Baxter’s Leadership Development Program (LDP), a multi-year rotational experience for recent college grads offering opportunities across technical and business disciplines. Our newly minted, diverse LDP alumni span fields from R&D to IT to Sales and beyond. They share a commitment to our mission to save and sustain lives, and a passion for fresh, innovative thinking.
